Lead Early Care
At the Morgan Oliver School’s Early Care Connection Program we pride ourselves on living in the now - no day is the same and we are proud of it.
We are strong-minded people with a mission of making the world a better place and we believe this starts with caring for our babies in a sensitive, attentive and loving way.
We adjust to our MOS babies, to our MOS families and to each other.
You are reading this because it is time for us to grow.
If you LOVE children, you LOVE playtime and hugs - you might be the perfect fit for us.
You will work with us in continuing to create a safe, loving and fun space by making sure our daily rhythm is running smoothly - together we will be playing, doing naptime, preparing and serving our homemade food and organic snacks, doing daily reports so parents feel comforted and informed, and of course changing diapers.
We are a no electronics workspace. While you can occasionally check your phone, we emphasize that you are here for the children and their need for attention and eye contact is our top-priority at all times.
As we are a new and expanding program, we hope you are interested in bringing your personal touch to our ECC space - we want YOU to share your vision and passion, so together we can create the best space for the children.
