Aftercare Coordinator

The Morgan Oliver School is looking to hire a responsible, dynamic and crafty, kid-loving, well-organized individual to run our aftercare program. Our community is like our village, and we support and require an individual who is compassionate and reliable, can connect easily with children and parents, and can be organized to maintain an attendance log of kiddos and close out our school space. We are an LGBTQIA+ and diverse, dual language, actively anti-racist school with curriculum and conversations that reflect those core values.

The ideal candidate should have experience working with a broad age range of children (kindergarten through 5th grade), organizing fun activities from crafts to baking to board games. Conscious Discipline is a must. We take on an appreciative inquiry approach to teaching and learning with kids.

Aftercare hours are Monday-Friday from 2:00-6:00. The compensation for this position starts at $18/hr or $1,440 a month.
